Privacy Policy

This website, juggernautequity.com, is run by Juggernaut Equity Management Consulting, LLC (“JEMC”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how and why the personal information described in this policy is used. You can reach us at info@juggernautequity.com.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover other websites that our research documents link to.

Messages you send us. The contact form and the “email us” buttons do not send anything to our website. They open a new message in your own email app, addressed to us, and nothing is sent until you press send yourself. What you choose to include (for example your name, email address, an optional phone number, what you are looking for, and your confirmation that you are a qualified or institutional investor) reaches us as an ordinary email. We use it to reply to you, to understand what you are looking for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Email is handled by our email provider (see section 4).

Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. For each page view it may record the time, the page visited, the site you came from, your approximate location (country, region and city, not your address), and the type of device, operating system and browser you use. It does not use cookies. It does not build a profile of you or follow you across websites. Visitors are told apart only by a value derived from the request that is discarded automatically after 24 hours. We use the results to improve the site.

Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, handles standard technical information whenever a page is requested, such as your IP address, the time of the request, the pages requested and details of your browser or device. This is needed to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

We do not set cookies ourselves, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics does not use cookies either. Because of this, the site does not show a cookie banner.

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our email:

• Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides the analytics described above.
• Google provides our email service, so messages you send us pass through and are stored in it.

These providers handle information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a regulator.

Our providers may process information on servers outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States and other countries. Where that happens, it is governed by those providers’ own safeguards and terms.

We keep emails and any information in them for as long as we need them for the purposes described above, including to reply to you, to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.

Subject to applicable law, including data protection law in the United Arab Emirates, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
• stop using your information for a particular purpose, where you object to it.

To do any of these, email us at info@juggernautequity.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

This policy is about personal information only. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security, and nothing on it is investment, legal or tax advice. Please read our important disclaimers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make an important change we will say so on this page.
